Intended exclusively for closed-course competition circuits only, it enhances performance and reduces weight. Tubes with a bigger diameter than the standard stock system and removal of the catalytic converter allow for enhanced gas flow. The pre-muffler offers a unique sound experience, producing a deep racing tone from the boxer engine. This upgrade results in a 54.84% (3.4 kg) weight reduction compared to standard stock. When combined with the\u00a0<strong>Slip-On Line (Titanium<\/strong>), it boosts power by 3.1 kW (4.2 hp) at 7,800 rpm and torque by 5.9 Nm at 3,000 rpm, as tested on the Akrapovi\u010d dyno against a BMW R 1300 GS equipped with a standard stock system. Installation is plug-and-play, but remapping is mandatory.<\/p>\n<p>The optional header is also compatible with the Akrapovi\u010d standard (first fit) \/ BMW Motorrad accessory Akrapovi\u010d silencer. With installation of the\u00a0<strong>Optional Header (Titanium)<\/strong>, ECE type approval for the\u00a0<strong>Slip-On Line (Titanium)<\/strong>\u00a0is no longer valid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When installing the Optional Header on Euro5+ motorbikes (2 lambda sensors), the engine check light will appear after identifying a deviation in the stock catalytic converter\u00b4s
